applyinator
Fig. 1: an automatic job application machine

Behold, the Applyinator!

A machine that finds every new job that fits you and fills out the whole application, minutes after it is posted, with your real answers. Set it up once. It keeps going while you are in class, asleep, or at the beach.

Unlimited applications from $10/week· no caps, no credits

There are 104 days of summer vacation. Don't spend them typing your GPA into Workday.

Live from the lab
Illustrative example of the agent at work: a new-grad quant posting is found 30 seconds after it goes live, matched to your profile with reasons, and filled in from your saved answers. One question it has no answer for, which office you prefer, is sent to you instead of guessed. After you answer, it reads the whole form back and submits, and the application is marked applied once the confirmation page appears.

Fig. 2: the backstory

Every evil genius has a backstory.

Ours: hundreds of job applications. The same resume uploaded, the same GPA typed, the same “How did you hear about us?” dropdown, every single time.

So we built a machine to do it instead. It is not actually evil. It just really, really does not want you to fill out another Workday form.

Four parts. One click to turn it on.

Five minutes of setup, then it applies in the background and only checks in when it needs you.

  1. PART A1
    The Profile-inator

    Set up once

Upload your resume and confirm your details: about five minutes. You answer the questions it will never guess yourself: work authorization, sponsorship, citizenship and EEO.

  2. PART B2
    The Watch-inator

    It never blinks

Pick your roles and cities, then turn it on. It watches Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and more, every one to three minutes, day and night.

  3. PART C3
    The Apply-inator

It applies to everything that fits

Every new posting that matches your roles, cities, level and graduation date gets a full application in a real browser, with the right resume. No daily limit.

  4. PART D4
    The Ask-you-inator

    It asks instead of guessing

When a form asks something you have not answered, that application waits for you with the exact question. Answer once and it is reused everywhere.

Unlimited applications. Half the price.

Every -inator has a weakness. Ours is a set of rules.

An application with a false answer is worse than no application. These rules apply to every user and cannot be turned off by the AI, by Claude, or by ChatGPT.

Needs you
The employer asks
“Which office would you prefer?”
AustinDenverRemote

Answer once and it is reused on the next form that asks.

What it can't do
Some sites use captchas, unusual portals, or questions only you can answer. Those applications wait for you instead of being forced through, so expect a few items in your inbox each week.

Rules it never breaks

  1. 01Never guesses legal, immigration, clearance, citizenship or sanctions answers. Your exact answer or nothing.
  2. 02Never picks "decline to answer" unless you told it to.
  3. 03Never agrees to attestations you have blocked; those wait for you.
  4. 04Reads the whole form back before submitting and stops if anything looks wrong.
  5. 05At most three applications per company per month, and never the same job twice.
  6. 06An application with no confirmation page is never retried on its own.
  7. 07Never logs into LinkedIn or sends messages as you.

Command it from Claude or ChatGPT.

The Applyinator is also an MCP server. Add it as a connector and ask “what's waiting on me?” from the assistant you already use. Same tools, same rules, scoped tokens you can revoke.

Fig. 6: frequently asked

Questions, answered.

Is it really unlimited?

Yes. There is no limit on how many jobs it applies to for you. You choose the daily pace in Settings. It only applies to postings that fit your roles, locations, level and graduation timing, applies at most three times to any one employer per month so you never look like spam, and skips anything you exclude.

What does "one click" mean?

After the five-minute setup, one click turns it on and it applies on its own from then on. Prefer to approve each one? Switch to review mode and every application is a single click to send.

Do I have to give my Social Security number?

No. A few employers ask for it on their application. Adding it is optional; if you leave it out, we just skip the jobs that require it. Your birthday is asked for like on any application, and both are stored encrypted and never shown to any AI model.

How fast is "minutes after it is posted"?

Hot boards are checked about every minute and the rest every few minutes. On Greenhouse and Ashby boards, discovery usually takes under three minutes and a submitted application under ten. Workday and portals that need an account take longer.

What does it do with my email?

If you connect Gmail or Outlook it gets read-only access, used only to find verification codes that job portals email you during an application. It cannot send, delete or move mail, and you can disconnect at any time.

What happens when it is not sure?

It stops and asks. Held applications show the exact question the employer asked. Nothing sensitive is ever filled in by an AI model.

Can I use it from Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. Connect it as an MCP server and ask Claude or ChatGPT to find jobs, check what is waiting on you, or queue an application. It uses the same tools and the same safety rules as the website.

Can I take my data and leave?

Export everything as JSON or delete your account from Settings. Deletion removes your profile, resumes, answers and history.

Is this affiliated with a certain cartoon scientist?

No. We just think every good machine deserves an -inator name. This one is not evil: it only fills out job applications, and only with your real answers.

Fig. 7: the shaking fist

Curse you, job portals!

...is something you will never have to yell again. Set it up in five minutes and it starts applying the moment new jobs go live. Early applicants get read first.
